Nice place with amenities like the outdoor pool, fitness center, and 24-hour reception. On my first visit, staff helped me find local attractions, and they even were great when my son had an accident. I'm coming back for a xmas.

Staff were nice.
the hotel was a useful base for enjoying a good area, near pontoon boats, the lake, and the restaurant. truly enjoyed the a double room i had with living space and a fold out couch, for example. there were coffee & tea making machines and a refrigerator in the room too.

Consider staying on the 4th floor for quieter rooms, as foot traffic noise can be bothersome on lower levels.

The pool area was super fun for the kids with its shallow spots, and we enjoyed some great family time at the outdoor bar with tasty drinks. For relaxation, we loved the fitness center and the hot tub, a perfect wind-down after a busy day. Just be aware that the indoor pool was closed , but it didn't stop us from having a blast 😊

The outdoor pool area is fantastic for families with kids, offering shallow spots and plenty of seating. While our queen room was spacious, we faced noise from upstairs that affected our comfort. Dining options were decent, and I particularly enjoyed the casual atmosphere at Eddy's Lakeside, though I'd recommend looking for better drink prices nearby.

Family with kids' vacation experience
The staff were really nice for us, especially when my son had a bike accident. They brought ice to our room and made sure we had everything we needed, even ice cream when he couldn't eat anything else.
It wasn't cheap, but acceptable.

Perfect getaway vibes
The pool area killed it for the kids, and we enjoyed some tasty nachos by the poolside. The only thing was that the noise from the rooms above us was kinda annoying at times. Otherwise, a solid spot for family fun!
